In 2020, under the guidance of new CEO, Sean Behr, we strategically set forth to enhance our product to meet the growing needs of the global enterprise. We created a new suite of features to attract and engage more applicants quicker, became SOC 2, Type II certified, and launched our new embedded analytics portal that empowers business leaders to gain a better understanding of the candidate journey and make data-driven decisions. All of these product updates highlight Fountain’s all-in-one hiring platform capabilities and promise to help companies easily automate and scale their recruiting function.
