The Challenge: Peak season, no time, and a pipeline full of untapped candidates
Peak season arrived fast. LoadUp Technologies needed to staff key metro markets quickly, but their pipeline had a problem. Hundreds of past applicants existed in the system: people who had applied before but weren’t moved forward at the time. Finding them manually wasn’t realistic.
“We wanted to see easily: hey, what are some of those applicants we’ve had in the past that maybe for whatever reason, we weren’t able to move forward with at that time,” said Ryan Oleniczak, Supply Acquisition Specialist at LoadUp.

“Just by a few prompts, we’re able to identify hundreds of folks,” Ryan said. “Instead of manually going through those, we were able to send mass messaging to those folks into our workflow, which then allowed us to get them through our workflows a lot quicker.”
