We [Company] are seeking a customer service representative that will oversee customer inquiries, needs and/or complaints. [Company] is looking for individuals that can process orders, handle complaints, and modifications through different mediums. We need a customer service representative that is friendly and can maintain composure when faced with difficult situations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers and provide assistance if necessary
- Uphold a professional attitude when dealing with customers at all times
- Provide assistance to customers with inquiries, complaints etc.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints
- Process requests, forms, etc.
- Oversee the customer service team
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Customer service experience
- Proficient using computers and Microsoft Office
