As a Bank Teller, you will provide outstanding customer service to our customers by handling cash, processing payments, accepting deposits and fulfilling any requests or inquiries. We are looking for a Bank Teller with prior experience with banking processes and willing to go the extra mile for our customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and direct them to the correct banking station
- Process deposits, payments, withdrawals and any other banking transactions for our customers
- Track, record and store information related to transactions, bank supplies, and customers while ensuring that their information is accurate and complete.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer
- Handle currency, transactions, and confidential information
- Follow bank and security procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Cash handling experience
- Customer service experience
- Ability to pass a background check
