We are seeking individuals with excellent customer service skills who will ensure the satisfaction of valued customers. You will be responsible for basic cleaning and maintenance based on the package that the client you’re responsible for selects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meet clients and discuss their expectations
- Fulfill obligations based on the package each client selects
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform basic housekeeping duties, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, cleaning windows and scouring bathrooms
- Respond to customer complaints or inquiries
- Notify manager homeowner of any accidents or issues if they arise during your service
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
- Prior housekeeping experience
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to perform basic cleaning and maintenance.
