Description:
At [Company] we are looking for detail-oriented Janitors who can perform basic cleaning and maintenance for our customers. You will be responsible for the upkeep of our customers premises and ensuring customer satisfaction. We need someone with basic repair skills and a flexible schedule to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning and maintenance of the building
- Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests
- Perform minor repairs and stock supplies
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure that all doors are locked when finished
- Regulate issues with HVAC system, lighting and indoor climate control as necessary
- Remove garbage and recycling daily and prepare bins for weekly pick-up
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to stand for periods of time and carry at least 25 pounds
- Able to perform basic cleaning and maintenance
- Basic repair skills
