We’re recruiting for a prestigious distribution centre based in Corby NN18, for the role of Warehouse Picker. 

About you:

You will ideally be hardworking, organised, have problem-solving skills, and be great at working in a team. You will keep your work environment clean and tidy, and comply with all relevant safety rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.

You must be 18+ for this role.

You will be required to work a minimum of 2 days per week and can work additional shifts.

Full training is given, with NO experience needed. You will need to complete a short induction that lasts about an hour and a half, you will then receive your rota. 

Want to work with your mates? No problem! We can put you on the same rota, so you can travel together to and from work. We will also pay you £25 for each friend you refer.

There are two shift patterns available:

6 AM-2 PM 2 PM-10 PM


The pay rates are as follows: weekdays: AM £9.50, PM £10, Nights: £10.35 

Weekends: AM £12, PM £12.50, Nights = overtime Overtime is 1.5x of the normal pay rate.



- Working on a conveyor line picking and packing wine for e-comm.


- Usual warehouse associated tasks such as hygiene, manual handling, repetition etc.


-  Palletising and wrapping completed boxes, the consistent movement of 12- 18kg.

This role can be Full Time or Part Time, depending on your preferences!
