What is Fountain?

Fountain is a software that allows you to build, manage, and retain your network of workers. We believe we are the only software in our space aimed at providing a solution for teams that hire hourly employees, 1099’s, moonlighters, or contractors.

Does Fountain replace my ATS?

It depends. Workforce hiring is a fundamentally different process than hiring for full-time employees. We provide the flexibility and automation that is critical when managing a large workforce.

Many of our clients have found our software to be a great solution for hiring full-time employees, as well.

How do I learn to use Fountain?

We strive to build a super-intuitive system, but we also pride ourselves on our first-class support. We built support chat directly into the platform, and offer weekly webinars. Each Fountain account also gets a dedicated account manager who is available 24/7.

Do you offer training?

Yes. We hold weekly webinars, training and on-boarding sessions with all new users. You can call us anytime with any questions (literally!).

How long does implementation take?

Most customers to date were set up and running within 3 days with our staff on hand. We learn and help develop your process, and guide you through building a fully customized process.

What providers do you integrate with?

We integrate with commonly-used background check providers, document signing providers, contractor payment providers, multiple form builders, with more to come. Drop us a line to inquire if we support your provider — if not, chances are it’s in the works.
